Recruitment & HR Co-Ordinator

What's it about?

To assist the People & Culture team to provide a professional and effective service to the amaysim team. Your main focus will be to deliver high quality candidates to the business through resourcing strong candidates and building our pipeline.

Who we are looking for?

The ideal candidate will require the following skills and requirements: 

  • 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running and start to deliver on placing critical roles with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 
  • Someone who really enjoys working with people
  • Someone interested in furthering their HR experience
     
Role Responsibilities?

Day to day duties include:

  • Assisting recruitment team with job advertisements 
  • Attending role briefings with hiring managers
  • Managing role requisitions, phone screening candidate applications and arranging initial interviews
  • Candidate reference & immigration checks
  • Ownership of end to end recruitment of internships
  • Maintaining a high level of service for both candidates and hiring managers and ensuring both successful and unsuccessful candidates are notified
  • Organising and attending meet ups to meet and network with candidates in relevant fields
  • Provide reporting on a monthly basis
  • Creating a talent pool through engagement with external high performing candidates
  • Working across sites including with our Manila & Melbourne offices to support our global recruitment 
  • Assist People & Culture team with project-based work
