Job Responsibilities

  • Experience in providing technical support in a fast paced, modern IT environment - face to face, over the phone and remotely
  • Software troubleshooting (OSX, Win10, Android, iOS)
  • In depth knowledge of supporting an active directory environment.
  • Office 365 Admin / provisioning experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in SCCM or alternate methods of automating windows deployments
  • Experience maintaining OSX machines across an enterprise environment
  • Experience working for a geographically diverse team
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Advanced knowledge of current windows (inc server) operating systems
  • Asset management for IT infrastructure
  • Ability to actively prioritise between larger projects, emergencies and everything in between
  • Proven ability troubleshooting modern zoom based AV setups
  • Knowledge of network concepts and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of public cloud based deployment and management options for windows and windows server workloads (Azure, AWS, etc)
