Role Overview

amaysim is looking for an experienced Digital Acquisition Manager to develop and manage our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels including SEM/SEO, display, Paid Social, comparison sites, affiliates and other direct partnerships to grow our subscriber base and hit sales and revenue targets.


You will work closely with our marketing team (CRM/ content/ brand/ social/ creative) as well as with our digital media agency to drive high performing campaigns focused on customer acquisition.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own the outcomes and KPIs of multiple acquisition channels
  • Develop and implement innovative customer acquisition strategies through digital media channel management (SEM/SEO, Display, comparison sites, Paid Social, partnerships), including efficiently re-allocate budget to optimise campaigns (using attribution modelling) and ensure best ROI on the forecasted budget.
  • Identify opportunities for and implement ongoing paid media channel and creative tests aimed at driving improved digital engagement and conversion
  • Manage and develop relationships with digital media and creative agencies to foster innovation, and to optimize the performance of all digital channels
  • Source and negotiate contracts to develop new business partnerships and constantly grow our subscriber base.
  • Develop a strong collaborative approach working with the CX and UX teams to ensure the online user journey is constantly optimised.
  • Work closely with the design team to create performing ads and create website related assets that you’ll manage through our CMS (homepage banner, promotional messaging, editing of product features).
  • Monitor competitor and market trends to inform marketing strategy and drive in-house / agency innovation
  • Create and implement promotional campaigns to meet company’s sales and revenue goals
