This is a newly created role at amaysim and has come about as we have a stronger focus on delivering high quality content to our communities and customers. This role would be best suited for an experience content creator or designer who also is passionate about the whole storytelling process. 

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an experienced content creator who will be responsible for producing our content requirements to support our content marketing strategy and plan.


Working with the Senior Marketing Manager, the content creator will be required to ideate and produce our content requirements according to content calendar. Our content creator must have experience in creating content for social media channels, online videos and animations.


The Content Producer will be accountable for ensuring all content requirements are being delivered as per the content calendar. The Content producer will also have their finger on the pulse to identify real time opportunity outside our content plan.


This role will work in seamlessly with the broader marketing team, design team, and the external agencies to ensure content is delivered on brand at a high quality.

Role Responsibilities?

Content Production 

  • Work with the SMM to ideate and define monthly content plan.
  • Produces content in accordance to content calendar in a timely manner.
  • Works with the Community Engagement Manager to understand how content performs in each channel / community
  • Communicate and maintain the content calendar to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure content outputs are delivered at a high quality and will support objectives and KPIs.

 

Content Opportunities 

  • Understand what content has and hasn’t perform well to implemented learning moving forward.
  • Use opportunity to test different content themes and formats
  • Support the SMM in planning and briefing content for integrated marketing campaigns and larger product launches.
  • Identify real time content opportunities in owned and earned channels.

 

Stakeholder management

  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand content requirements in advance.
  • Educate the broader business in what is and isn’t content based on our content strategy
