Role Overview

We are currently seeking a NSW Area Manager to run the day to day sales & operations of the state. This includes driving sales, product training, brand awareness and inventory management and management of the field team in NSW. Our ideal candidate will have field territory experience with a strong understanding of telco. You are required to have sales experience and can use data to set strategic plan to maximise opportunities in the state.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

  • Create account plans and manage dealers in the state
  • Represent amaysim at a State Level for smaller retailers
  • Leverage & Engage with state mass retail managers
  • Organize state promotional activities
  • Look at new business opportunities
  • Maintain store visits to ensure that you are close to what’s happening in stores

 

Admin and Reporting

  • Take ownership of daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Participate in weekly conference calls
  • Attend a monthly visit to Sydney HO
  • Manage Conferences & staffing rosters

 

Staff management

  • Increase call cycle efficiencies by using data
  • Coordinate with field reps & amend call cycle, focus for week & KPI’s
  • Buddy up with field reps to provide support and training
  • Hold monthly state meetings with field staff
  • Conduct audits every fortnight

 

Stock Management

Conduct regular stocktake to ensure stock is all counted for

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in sales and telecommunications preferred
