We are now recruiting for Casual Merchandisers across the Melbourne Metro area, where you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your merchandising skills & experience within our growing national merchandising team.

Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager, the main focus of this role is to achieve increased sales from existing stores and acquire additional retailers in targeted channels across a specified locality.


This role is perfect for those who enjoy flexible working, being on the road, working in a retail environment, and want to apart of and represent a fun brand.


  • Product Management (Stock levels/ Position / Ticketing) in line with and exceeding our client’s expectations
  • Executing tasks; building displays, erecting Point-of-sale & stock management
  • Negotiating off location opportunities
  • Building & maintaining strong relationship with store personnel
  • Communicating up & coming promotional activities
  • Data Entry, Accurate reporting using company Device/ App
  • Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure


Who we are looking for?
  • An ability to work autonomously with strong customer service & excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to follow both verbal & written instructions.
  • Ability to manage time effectively & strong attention to detail.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 15+ hours over 2 or more days of the week.
  • Must have a current driver's license and your own vehicle.
  • Experience within a retail environment or in a similar position is desired.


Note that we slow or shut down merchandising operations from December 16 to January 13.
