Field Merchandiser (Perm, PT)

We are now recruiting for an experienced Merchandiser to service the Melbourne CBD and the surrounding areas, where you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your merchandising skills & experience within our growing national merchandising team.


Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, the main focus of this role is to achieve increased sales from existing stores and provide leads in acquiring new retailers in targeted channels across a specified area.


This role is perfect for those who enjoy flexible working, being on the road, working in a retail environment, and want to apart of and represent a fun brand.


More specifically, you'll do the following:

  • Product Management (Stock levels/ Position / Ticketing) in line with and exceeding our client’s expectations
  • Executing tasks; building displays, erecting Point-of-sale & stock management
  • Negotiating off location opportunities
  • Building & maintaining strong relationship with store personnel
  • Communicating up & coming promotional activities
  • Data Entry, Accurate reporting using company Device/ App


Who we are looking for?

  • An ability to work autonomously with strong customer service & excellent communication skills.
  • Experience within a retail environment and visual merchandising.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 18+ hours over Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (3 days) each week.
  • The ability to follow both verbal & written instructions.
  • Ability to manage time effectively & strong attention to detail.
  • Must have a current driver's license and your own vehicle.
